Pricing

SSB charges $200 per hour of engineering design or field inspection.  Based on your preference, we are happy to provide you a fixed price lump sum or reimbursable time and materials proposal.  Most structural design projects for new single family homes between 3,000SF and 4,000SF cost $1,800-$2,700 depending on the layout.  This price includes sealing the drawings and providing the design calculations for drawings provided to us.  For homes where we create the strucutral drawings, prices range from $4,000 to $7,000 in the 3,000SF-4,000SF range. Site visits & inspections generally cost $300 each if within 30 minutes from our home office and billed hourly if further than 30 minutes away.
